How do I start reviewing?
Choose a map branch, follow it to a terminal topic, then open the card to read its explanation, formulas and diagrams. A supporting list also helps locate content.
What do the three assessment states mean?
Unmarked means you have not marked the topic; not mastered means it needs more revision; mastered is your current self-assessment. Repeated references share one topic state, and branch progress counts unique topics. These marks are not exam scores or an objective ability test.
How do I review weak topics or continue reading?
Search the content or filter topics marked not mastered. Continue reviewing uses the reading position, scope and filters saved on the device. Search terms may also be saved locally.
Do I need an account or connection?
Current learning content comes with the app and needs no app account. The learning flow has no server upload or cloud sync. Signing in on another device cannot automatically restore these records.
Does clearing a mark delete all records?
No. It changes one topic's assessment to unmarked while retaining the relevant time and reading position. There is currently no delete-all-records or one-tap reset feature.
What should I do after a save or read failure?
Keep the current state and follow the on-screen retry option. Discarding cancels only unsaved changes; it does not clear old records. A read failure does not automatically delete or reset the original file.
Do not treat clearing data or reinstalling as a lossless repair. If needed, contact support with app/system versions, the time, visible messages and a screenshot with private details covered.
Which textbooks and regions does it cover?
Follow your own textbook and school schedule; do not assume every edition or region has identical requirements. Ask about applicability or report an issue by topic title and location. No student identity or school/class information is needed.
How can I contact support?
Contact Shanxi Bonnwenle Technology Co., Ltd at support@bonnwl.com or 0354-2727807. A guardian should preferably contact us for a young learner. Do not send passwords, a student's name, precise address or a full study-record file.
