1. Nature of the service
Meihua Yishu provides casting, charting, learning references, observation paths, personal records, and optional AI-assisted explanations. The service is for traditional-cultural learning, entertainment, and personal reference only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, does not guarantee outcomes, and should not be the sole basis for important real-world decisions.
2. Free features
Time, number, and manual casting, charts, built-in references, observation paths, and local records are available free of charge. Free on-device features do not require a conventional account and are not restricted because a user declines AI data processing or does not make a purchase.
3. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the relevant Apple Account storefront. The price shown on Apple's purchase confirmation is authoritative. Subscriptions renew for the period shown by Apple unless cancelled under Apple's rules before the current period ends; Apple decides eligible refund requests.
4. AI-assisted explanations
AI explains only a confirmed chart and published references. It cannot cast a new chart or change chart facts. AI may produce errors, omissions, or wording that does not fit the situation. The feature is still being tested and is not available to the public; future availability and supported regions will follow the released app and what it shows to the user.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, bypassing purchases, attacking systems, automated abuse, or interfering with other users. To protect the service and its users, we may apply reasonable rate limits and risk checks, and may suspend related online features when necessary.
6. Local records and backups
You are responsible for local records and device backups. Uninstalling the app, erasing a device, or a system failure may cause local data loss. We cannot restore records that exist only on your device from our servers.
7. Changes and termination
We may adjust online services or regional availability because of law, Apple rules, supplier capabilities, or security needs. Purchased entitlements will be handled under applicable law and Apple rules. Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page or in the app.
